About ELT

Established in 1987, English Language Training (ELT) is a privately owned English Language School specialising in part time Cambridge exam preparation, IELTS preparation, Business English and General English courses. Our part time courses are ideal for students who don’t have the time to attend school every day.

We cater to students already living in London who are seeking to improve their English. Many of our students are au pairs who study during the day or working professionals who attend our evening courses. Students are encouraged to book a full academic term but we also welcome short term students.

ELT was accredited by the British Council in 1998 and is a member of English UK. We have 3 academic terms: Autumn Term, Spring Term, Summer Term, and a Summer School. Terms normally last between 10 and 13 weeks.
