Welcome to ELT - English Language Training. Accredited by the British Council and a member of English UK, we offer a combination of high quality English language teaching at reasonable fees. ELT is an English language school located in South London near Clapham Common tube station.

The Summer School begins on Monday 8 July until Friday 30 August. Students can study as little as 2 weeks or for the full 8 week Summer School.  We need to assess your level of English before we can offer you a place.

You can call or email us (tel 020 7622 7254 or enquiries@elt-online.co.uk) to make an appointment to do the level test.  The test is free and takes approximately 1 hour to complete.  If you are not in the UK, we can email you the level test.

Important note:  ELT is always closed during UK bank holidays.

ELT does not provide host family accommodation but there are several hotels and B&Bs near the school.
English Language Training offers a variety of part time English language courses for students 18 years of age or older. Students can study short or long term depending on their objectives.  We offer a range of levels and courses from General English to Exam Preparation. All our English teachers have an internationally recognised teaching qualification and extensive experience teaching in the UK and overseas.

At ELT our maximum class size is 15 students.
